The Government's draft legislation (Treasury Laws Amendment (Tax Integrity and Other Measures) Bill 2018) in relation to proposed amendments to the Small Business CGT concessions to include additional integrity measures was previously introduced into Parliament on 28 March 2018.
The draft legislation was debated in the House of Representatives and passed without amendment. The draft legislation now moves to the Senate for their consideration.

The amendments are still proposed to apply retrospectively from 1 July 2017.
