The Government announced an integrity measure in relation to the Small Business CGT concessions in the 2018/19 Budget.
In broad terms, it is proposed that the Small Business CGT concessions would no longer be available to partners that alienate their income by creating, assigning or otherwise dealing in rights to future income of a partnership.
The measure is proposed to apply from 7:30pm (AEST) on 8 May 2018.
